Reservations & Airport Transfer Coordinator  - Transfer Intelligence

Temporary 6 months during ski season 23/24.

Transfer Intelligence, specialists in airport to resort transfers, throughout Europe.
This office-based position requires you to be available from mid Sept/ Oct 2023 for at least 6 months (until end ski season 2024) – usually starting during September or October.
Involves coordinating & scheduling our airport to resort transfers throughout Europe (mainly in France/Switzerland). This position would be ideally suited to an individual who is well organised, as attention to detail is paramount.  
You will deal directly (by phone/email/text) with our clients & suppliers, to coordinate our airport transfers accurately & efficiently.
 
Your specific duties will include:  
* Processing on-line bookings accurately. 
*Answering emails & quoting clients promptly.  
* Dealing with clients' & suppliers’ enquiries. 
* Assisting (from office) with transfers to and from the local airports/resorts – on Saturday’s during peak days. (dates given in advance).
* Scheduling transfers. 
* Making changes to existing bookings. 
* Liaising with suppliers & clients in emergency and non-emergency situations. 
* Keeping the on-line computer database, bookings & prices up to date.  
* Obtaining accurate resort addresses for the drivers. 
* Entering New Prices into our database for the current and next season. 
* Giving clients the best service; being polite & friendly.
* Must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft / Office 365/ Excel & Outlook.
* Minimum conversational level of French is required; French is spoken daily to our suppliers/drivers.
* Other language skills would be beneficial – like Spanish, or German.
* Must speak fluent English. 
* This position requires you to be available from Sept/Oct 2023 for at least 6 months (until end ski season 2024).
